Returns and changes

HELLAS

First change for the same code, cost 4 €. The changes are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt based on the receipt documents. For returns exceeding 14 days, gardaroba reserves the right not to accept the product change. For Outlet products, the changes are made only by the same category. Product changes are made only with the company Speedex.

Terms of return
The products must be in excellent condition as received by you, complete and without damage. Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product in excellent condition (without the labels being removed) and with all the documents of the shipment (Order Card, Retail Receipt, etc.).


Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be refunded to the customer. We would like to inform you that no change / return is accepted if first there has been no communication with us via e-mail at info@gardaroba.gr or by phone at 2105787699.

Money return

You always have the right to a refund if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. From the total refund amount, the shipping shipping costs of € 4 and the return shipping costs of € 4 of the product and your money are deposited in your account up to 15 days after the receipt of the product from our store. Incorrect Shipping

Defective products
